Summer is here! ….and thoughts turn to a new season, wellness, and fresh flavours for sunny afternoons.
So now is the perfect time to try some new skills and flavours!
Join us to revive the artisanal techniques of Lemoncello, Ratafia and Chinotto.
Enjoy the hands-on experience of fermenting and infusing that you can share with friends and family.
Then we will indulge in Italian flavours for summer! Because it’s hard to go past the deeply infused flavours of icy lemoncello.
And, depending on the temperament of our kitchen garden (and drought!), we may have a chance to start a batch of elderflower champagne, and Ratafia.
We will complete a batch started earlier, but starting a batch will depend on how the walnuts are faring in this weather.
