Highlife magazine Editor, Deborah McIntosh, and acclaimed photographer Tony Sheffield visited Ashton Park in 2017.
They came to see what we have done to restore Ashton Park’s character-filled dairy buildings and garden to life.
Thanks to Deborah for writing ‘What Peta Did Next’!
It’s been 10 years of rewarding work. And telling the story reminded me of what we have actually achieved to preserve those tumbledown pieces of Southern Highlands history!
We were also honoured to be featured in an issue that included designer Melissa Penfold, Kate Vines and Maureen Varnarvsky.
Tony Sheffield’s gorgeous photographs are totally inspiring. His pictures taken in winter and spring reminded me these long summer days turn into different seasons again before we know it.
Tony Sheffield’s photographic portraits of cattle are sublime – if you have a chance, do visit his studio in Moss Vale.
